Angela looks... freaky.
Love your edited pictures, Arwen! You're a miracle worker!
Some of the pics are pretty good... they're making me more interested in the movie than I have been. But Eragon looks like he's in his twenties, when he's supposed to be 15. Of course, I'm a teenager and everyone assumes I'm in my 20s (:annoyed2:)... but it would be nice if he looked like he was the right age.
I don't like Durza at all. I imagined him younger and almost deathly thin.
Katrina's pretty... but woah, Roran looks like they just got the Eragon actor and did his make up differently. I thought they were cousins, not twins!
And... gah! Just saw another freaky Arya picture! *hides* I never liked her in the book, I get the feeling I won't like her in the movie either...
And I've just been rambling all over.

See, that's what disappoints me, I loved her in the book and I really wanted them to do her well
Why is everyone so worked up about Angela? She's really a pretty minor character. I only saw the one picture though, maybe others are worse.
Hey, I'm fifteen, and people keep asking me what university I go to! But I do agree that Roran and Eragon look eerily alike. I hope no ignorant movie-goers are confused. I also hope nobody confuses Galbatorix and Brom, because in my opinion they look far too similar.

Hmm... Mutagh is looking pretty good... especially in those new photo-shoot ones. I still can't decide if he's hot yet though...

*coughs* This is going to sound really stupid but... *cough* I forgot who Murtagh is.

Wow, Eragon looks awesome as a brunette!!!!
I love Murtagh and Durza. Completely. Murtagh looks exactly like I pictured him to be, but I did actually think Durza would be a bit younger. But I'm a girrrllll and they are haawwwt so I will be contented, even if the film is horrendous, to sit and drool

Murtagh rescue's Eragon and Brom from the Ra'zac when they capture them. Then Brom dies, and Murtagh travels with Eragon and Saphira.
does that answer your question, AF?
I thought thats kool though how Murtagh was the son of Morzan.

Meldawen, that Arya picture bugs me, too. It's really not family-friendly, if you ask me.
Katrina has auburn hair, I believe, which I always pictured as more of a red-brown, but I've never actually seen auburn hair, so I wouldn't know.
And the deal with Angela...she may be a minor character, but she's still a character, and we get attached to all of them in various ways.

Kudos to Kitoky for the fabulous signature set, and art credit to engelszorn.

OH! Yes, that's right... sorry, it's been over a year since I last read the book, and I'm just now nearly to that point in the book...
Murtagh looks almost like a... goth. That's really weird.
And Arya just about always looks... not family friendly. They need to give her more clothes.

I dunno... I just pictured her as a much more earthy person... I got the feeling that she spent a lot of her time travelling. her outfit has WAY too much "I'm a princess" sparkle and not enough practicality. I actually like the outfit he has here:

I like him better in the movie too. It's easier to imagine him as a former Rider.

it says that they weren't even going to make the movie because they couldn't find a boy to play Eragorn.
