What are your favorite movie musicals? No, Disney movies don't count! And no, a filmed live show doesn't count either!
I totally grew up on the old classic musicals and it's one of my absolute favorite movie genres. My favorite film musicals would be:
The Sound of Music
West Side Story
Singin' in the Rain
My Fair Lady
Annie
Grease
An American in Paris
The Producers [2005]
The Wizard of Oz
Cabaret
The Phantom of the Opera
Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella
What are your favorites? Let's discuss this wonderful phenomenon called movie musicals

I love most of those that you posted. But apart from those I love:
Top Hat
Meet Me In St Louis
Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (The original)
Swing Time
The Nightmare Before Christmas
The King and I
Chicago
That's all I can think of right now...

Ahh, Fiddler on the Roof. I saw this a few times when I was little, and then was lucky enough to be in it this past Spring. That was an amazing experience.
The Sound of Music and Mary Poppins are two movies I really grew up on. I saw more shows recorded live than real musical movies.

Are we talking musicals as stage and movies?
Well here are my favorites.
>> Phantom of the Opera [2005]
>> Chicago
>> Fiddler On the Roof
>> Oklahoma (the stage version I saw)

My Fair Lady's a nice one...I like the Pygmalion story, though the ending is a little disappointing.
Does Gilbert and Sullivan count?

Movie musicals.... well, does Cats count?
That's my absolute favorite. I've seen it on stage a couple of times and I've got it on video, but unfortunately I haven't been able to watch it lately due to the ancientness of VHS...
I adore the dancing, the songs and the dancing... not to mention the choreography... and the dancing!!
