Okay. Are there any obsessive cumpulive fans of Monk out there? Or just anyone who enjoys the show? I know I do, even though I haven't seen it in forever because I no longer have cable *tear* Oh well. Go MONK! WOO! |

I love your avatar! Ok, back on subject... I love Monk! He's so funny! I still can't believe he keeps his socks in plastic bags. My friends came up with a really interesting thing. What if he had to commit murder? I wonder how he'd do it. Either, he'd be to scared to do it or he'd stage the perfect murder! I hope he has to in an episode!

That would be so crazy if he had to commit murder....I remember in one, where he was in NYC or something, and he nearly let the one guy die (who killed his wife...or something). That was crazy. But one of my favourites was the one with the TV star who killed his ex-wife....and there's the crazy stalker lady. Anyways, at the end when she's like "Don't EVER change your theme song" or whatever, I was so happy because I loved the original...it made me smile...   Anyways...I'll shut up now.

Was anybody else sad when Bitty Schram left the show? Because I LOVED her as Sharona! The show just isn't the same without her... Does anyone else ever FEEL like Monk? I know that I can be a little obsessive-compulsive sometimes... |

I think they should have left sharona too! The other girl is okay, but not as good.  Oh well.
Yes, i have to addmit i ack kind of like monk somtimes. somtimes i can't stand to have my hands dirty.

I was SO sad when Bitty Schram left. She was so awesome as Sharona! I haven't seen the new woman yet, so I don't know if she's good or not...hope she is. And too answer that other question...ever since I started watching it...I've noticed I have quite a few "ticks" shall we say. Hee hee hee. But hey, he rocks!

Tony Shaloub is a genius. I've seen him in other things (like 13 ghosts) but never has he played a better role than Monk. I dislike the girl who plays Natalie though, no one could ever replace Sharona.

I too am a huge fan of Monk. In Britain we are just watching the 3rd series. It was such a shock that Sharona left. I mean she literally disappeared. There was no mention in her last episode that she was thinking of leaving. It was a shame because she had this tough no-nonsense attitude and she and Monk worked well together. The new assistant is OK but the chemistry between them won't be the same. I also think rather than them meeting through a murder investsgation it would have been better if Sharona had recommended her instead. I recently got the first 2 series on DVD and it's interesting to see how the characters have changed reagarding their looks, styling and clothes. Also Stottlemeyer and Randy are in it a lot more in the later series which is great becauase their characters are brilliant. But it is Monk ho is the true genius. And although he's annoying you can't help feeling sorry for him, whether it's people picking on him or the torment he;s going through over the loss of Trudy. In series 3 there has been a lot more about Trudy so I'm wondering if maybe he'll fine the murderer soon - although that would be a better storyline for the very last episode ever - which I hope is not coming yet!!! I also think series 3 has been the best yet as the stories are really clever. Can't wait to see more of them. BTW in some apsects I am just like Monk. I have this thing about germs and I am always washing my hands....the wipes are a good idea though!

I couldn't believe how they had Sharona leave either. 'She re-married her ex and moved back to New Jersey?' Believe me, no woman would 're-marry' their ex. And I just downloaded all of my favorite Monk episodes to my iPOD. |
