Have you ever been watching a movie or a tv show and then said wait I've allready watched this? Any characters, movies, or tv shows that remind you of other tv shows, movies, or charaters? Do they really have alot in common? Explian why they remind you of the others and talk about it here.
For me it's PotC latest plot and the three main characters (Will, Jack and Elizabeth) who remind me of a tv shows characters and plot. Allmost a year ago on a soap opera (Guiding Light) that I watched there were three charters that I thought were alot like the PotC characters. Wil is alot like Guiding Light's Sandy (who was played by Scott bailey ). Both Will and Sandy are supposed to be the good guys, want only the happiness of that girl, have lost all/to allmost all of their family, had an emtionaly rough childhood, and they both fall for a girl who is out going and is supposed to be a good girl but really may not e so good. Guiding Light's Tammy and PotC's Elizabeth are alot alike. They both are seen as good girls overall, have feelings for one good guy and one bad guy, they are actually engaged to the good guy, both seem a little wishy washy and, and have done things that have dirrectly lead to a man's death. Then Guiding Light's Jonathan and PotC's Jack seem alot alike. Both Jonathan and Jack fell for a girl who was allready taken, are known as womenizers, are seen as bad boys, and have betrayed people to get what they want though not in the same way.
Then if the characters seeming simular wasn't enough the plot and actions in the story are simular as well. Both have a side plot about who will the girl end up with, the bad boy plays hard to get, latter stops playing hard to get, the girl goes back and forth between the two, the good guy still loves and cares about the girl and will do anything for that girl, the good guy turns crazy or in Will's case may turn "darker", and the closer these storylines get the more I worry. I'm worried because on Guiding Light when this happened the good guy turned a bit crazy went over a cliff. So if that happened to Sandy then what's to stop it from happening to Will? They better not do that to my Will! I've allready seen this happen to my good guy once and I don't want it to happen again. (deep breathe) Sorry about that but I just had to get that out of me before I totally exploded.
Well, anyway you can think of any?
