I'm currently watching Live 8 on MTV. I'm wondering if anyone else is watching it too?!?!? :bounce:

YES YES! I was afraid I was the only one in the entire world who was watching it :P Whoever I asked what like... 'huh?'

It was... so amazing. Really. I couldn't stop sobbing.

Well I don't get MTV and I don't know what channel that I have would show it :annoyed: I heard about it though and the concert in London (I think it was London) sounds amazing! U2, Coldplay, The Killers and a whole bunch of other great bands. I think that it's great that these artists are doing this :) The one here in Canada doesn't have anyone I like though :(

Ive been waiting for this concert for so long!! At the begining of the year my dad told me about the ONE movement. I thought it was a brilliant idea. So when we went to the U2 concert and Bono talked about it i texted my name to the listing and then went home and went to one.org and signed the petition. And bought 10 of the wristbands. Gave them to a couple friends who were interested. people asked what the white wristband meant that said "one". it was pretty awesome. i was on a mail listing for ONE and they kept my updated on the LIVE 8 and G8 decision. i was so excited about the concert! The LIVE 8 concerts were awesome! so many people supporting this. And at the London show where they had the video clip of the children in Africa, it was sooooo sad! :( and then they had that lady come out who was one of the children that was helped.. amazing! So anyway, i kind of told you alot but im just really happy and excited about LIVE 8! Its a great cause!!! :-D

I watched half of it and i msut say the who were excelent even though they only played 2 songs.
MY personal highlight was Pink Floyd. They were amazing. I'd say the best band there.

at the concert they played loads of videos about the people in africa which were really sad but they never played them on the telly thats a disgrace my dad said they were so sad one family lived of a loaf made of butter,water and soil and this other woman would put stones in water an boil it and tell the children the dinner was coming untill they went to sleep :'( :'( just like the women in ireland during the famine
