Anyone a fan of this show?

I've seen my first episode when I was like five (my brother made me)...it was called "Darkness Falls" and after this my brother told my these green bugs really exist...and showed me a grasshopper...I got a grasshopper phobia after this...not quite funny...and it didn't help at all that my brother catched every grasshopper he could find to scare me...I didn't switch off the lights anymore after this...because I believed if I would stay in the light, the grasshoppers won't come over to me...yes, I thought a bunch of grasshoppers would kill me.

Then the revisions came and I started watching it again (I was older and have realized grasshoppers can't kill me) and I started loving this show.

So...anyone else here who like it?

I loved it... but only the first seasons when the plots were actually believable still... I had my first real crush on David Duchovny...mmmm his eyes.. *swoons*
But then it got so wierd later on like they just wanted it to be freaky and wierd for freakiness sake.. or lack of inspiration.. too bad..

I liked the episode "Brand X" in the seventh season...however it was the grossest thing I've ever seen in my whole life. Believe me, show a smoker this episode and he will stop forever...total cool episode...gross...but total cool...I loved it...and I swore never start smoking after seeing this... :-D

MEEEEE!!

I'm a big fan of the show! I pretty much grew up on it. :P I have to admit, I love the earlier seasons much more. They are just SOOO much more...oh, X-File-ish. :P Does that make sense? XD

My favourite episodes were always the really bizarre and absolutely hysterical episodes that were SO random. XD I mean, those episodes to me, were what the X-Files were all about. Ha ha ha ha.

And then of course, there's always Mr. Duchovny. :swoon:

I've seen a couple episodes, and they're pretty cool.
gollum, is the "Darkness Falls" episode the one where all those tiny glow in the dark bugs attack people when its dark and cover them with web stuff? I think I just recently saw that one.

Oh, and I'm trying to remember....
A long time ago (years ago) I remember watching a show that I think may have been x-files, because there was a team consisting of a girl and a boy who delt with paranormal events. I remember parts of two episodes.

In one, there are earthquakes all over the city, and during the course of the earthquakes a certain number is showing up in the city (I think it was 28, but I'm not sure) A girl was doing a test (If this show was x-files, it probably would have been Scully) with a pendulum and sand, trying to figure out what sort of vibrations would cause the number to appear. She didn't get any results, until and earthquake struck. Then, when she looked at the sand, the number had been etched. I don't remember the ending though.

The second episode I remember was when they were sent to investigate what people thought were ghosts of children that had been killed when thier school bus was caught on the train tracks, and then hit by a train. Whenever people parcked thier cars on the train tracks, it would move off the tracks, a train whistle could be heard, children could he heard, and tiny finger prints ended up on the back of the car. The team solved this when the guy discovered that that stretch of road and the surrounding area was actully slanted downward. It was almost impossible te tell because the trees grew perpendicular to the ground. When the wind would blow, it would start the car rolling. The car would pass over long grass with seeds on the end which would swing back and hit the car, making "finger prints" When the wind blew, it also carried the voices of children from a nearby school, as whell as hit a hollow in a tree like a whistle, making it would like a train. However, the episode ended with the wind picking up and nothing happening.

Are those X-file episodes? I don't remember what show it was, and its really bugging me.

some of my fav. eps. are: triangle, x-cops, hollywood AD, squeeze, tooms, postmodern permethius (idk if that's how it's spelled..the one with the dude with 2 faces and loves cher), and that christmas one...im not remembering the name...where they go to the abandond house where the 2 ghost are and the ghosts mess with mulder and scully's heads and kinda turn them against each other.
