WOOT! 'Tis that time of the year. The time for cringe-making speeches and delightful and disasterous dresses!

And for once a host who is talented and looks nice: Hugh Jackman! Huzzah!

Like the past three years though, I won't be able to watch it. :disgust: They're shown on a channel we don't have, so my brother will be watching them live on the computer so I'll be shuffled off somewhere. Hopefully, he can find it in full sometime so I can see it. I need to see the all-singing-all-dancing Mr. Jackman! :-o

I really would like Heath Ledger and Kate Winslet to win their respective acting awards. I would also like Wall-e to win best animated and Presto to win Best Short Animation. I would also be very happy for The Dark Knight to win as many of the technical awards as it can, seen as how it should have been up for a Best Picture nomination anyway.
