I know I've still caught myself checkin the new fall tv schedule for LOST's airtime, even though it ended a few years ago. It actually took me about six months to watch the final episode because I had 'letting go' issues. So just wonderin if there was anyone else out there that still sorta misses the show. |

I do miss the show. But I find myself moving on to other shows that have LOST actors/actresses or other shows from producers or creators of LOST. These shows can still have some of what I liked so much about LOST. Like, Alcatraz has the mystery behind it that is reminiscent of LOST. And it's from JJ Abrams and has Hugo!! I know that's kind of a stretch, but I have to watch Alcatraz because of that. And then Once Upon a Time is from the creators of LOST. So yeah, I do miss it. But I feel that there are nice new options that are showing promise. ![]() |

I wish I could watch Alcatraz, but I have another show on at the same time, but it looked like it would be really good! All the commercials make me wish I could watch it. And I love Once Upon A Time, it reminds me of LOST because of the flashbacks into the story world and the twistiness of some of the stories. I've been able to move on to other shows that remind me of LOST and are entertaining, but I admit I miss it. Even though I was confused half the time ![]() |

I honestly think everyone got lost every now and then. Eventually, we got all the pieces of the puzzle and things were cohesive. Oh, and Lithoniel, I never get to watch shows when they're on. I have to wait until the episodes come onto Hulu or find someone with On Demand. |

I cant even watch shows online, my internet connection is too slow, otherwise I would try to watch Alcatraz online. ![]() |

I do miss LOST. It was truly one of a kind. I LOVED the mystery that surrounded the island. How everybody seemed connected one way or another. Every episode was a total mindf*ck and it kept you coming back for more. Even though it's almost two years since it ended, I miss not being "amidst" it. I miss not knowing the end and still speculating on what this was or who that was and anticipating each episode. There will never be another show like it, that's for sure. ![]() |

No, there certainly wont. Mere shadows at best, but there will never be an equal to it. It was truly an original show idea. |

I go through withdrawals all the time, and I even find myself subconsciously comparing every show to it! haha. ![]() |

Agree with you there Leggieluver! And *gasp* Jack is in your banner!! One thing I will say about that show, is I had bad luck when it came to picking favorite characters. I liked Boone..and well, he died. I liked Charlie and well, he died too. I liked Sayid and he died. I thought I was safe with Sawyer because he made it all the way to the end, but its like, nope, sorry, everyone is dead! Haha on you! |

And of course; I had to have Lost represented somehow in my signature. ![]() Charlie was probably my favorite, along with Jack and Kate. At least he died a noble death! The season 3 finale was probably one of the best episodes of the series! Charlie's death set so many story lines into motion. |

I know, Charlie sadly was a necessary death. But it still made me cry! And it takes a lot to make me cry. Jack was such a good character, he had his ups and downs, he had his moments where (in my case anyway) he wasn't exactly popular because of the decisions he was making, but he was a deep character. They all were, really, in their own ways. Thats what made the show so fantastic. I liked the island mystery, but I loved the people. |

I think Jack was such a good character because the writers took the time to fully develop both his character as well as his flaws. After 6 seasons, anyone who has watched the show can truly say that they knew a lot about Jack Shephard. The same can be said for John Locke, Kate, and even Sawyer. And I think that is what made the show so relatable to the audience. The fact that there was such a large cast with so many survivors- each with their own story and history. They each had things that they were running away from and avoiding off of the Island. Their commonality was that they were flawed- all in different ways. I think that viewers can relate to at least one, if not a combination of many characters, in some way or another. Lost is truly a brilliant show. It is one of the best I have ever had to privilege to watch. |

Very much agree with everythin you said, Leggieluver! I loved how they took the time to explore each characters background, everyone had their own episode, their own time to shine, their own issues, they were just a very well developed cast of characters. You even got to know the characters that weren't major players, I think that was also important to the show. |
