Oooh, I saw Lincoln over winter break, and I thought that it was wonderful. I had never really grasped the fact that it was basically a choice between ending the Civil War or the 13th amendment. I also liked the humor and the "things you didn't know about Lincoln" they included (like the fact that he would stick his speeches in his top hat). Also, John Williams composed the music, which is always a bonus. It wasn't my favorite movie, but overall it was very well done.

Yes I really enjoyed it as well. I kist loved the way it looked, the attention to detail, the costumes etc.
It didn't feel like you were watching a film, but actual history.
I didn't like the last 5 minutes though, I thought they spoilt the film.
