I love Stargate. Is anybody else here a fan?

Yes. I'm a huge fan of Stargate and I'm really looking forward to the new series starting up here in the UK in a few weeks.

I went to the other thread and now I think I am the only person here who likes Atlantis. I think the Wraith are so cool. They scare me more than the Goaules (sp).

The newest season with Ben Browder from Farscape should be starting on cable tv here in a few weeks. I'm really looking forward to it. I'm gonna miss Jack being around though.

Yay, another Atlantis fan. I thought I was the only one. The Wraith are awesome. Really like how Tayla is connected to them.

The Goa'uld are great antagonists. My favourite Race is the Asgard.

The Wraith are really creepy. Poor Bob and Steve! The Asgard are very cool as well. As you hat have guessed from the other thread, The Ori are my favorite race now.

That's why I like the Wraith, because of that creepiness. Other than Anubis there wasn't really another that had that sense of creepiness to them.

I should get all huffy about the way the Ancient Gods and Goddesses are portrayed in Stargate. But it's just a bit of harmless fun. And excellent entertainment.

Roll on the new Season.

Well, I will wait until you see the new Eps until I talk about them. However, I will tell you they are AWSOME... and Rodney ..... he is so funny, I love his character. I have just come into the fandom and I don't know very much about it. Question, Why don't ya'll get the show the same time we do on Scifi channel? It is in English, so it does not have to translated or voice overs. I thought everybody saw the eps at nearly the same time.

So you like the Ori.. They creep me out too. I like to see the evil guys get it from the guys and gals on the teams. Also, I love Claudia Black's character. She really keeps everybody on their toes....

One more question? Do you know where I can get pictures of the individual Chevrons. Are Alantis' symbols diferent from SG-1's ?

I'm a Stargate fan! But I haven't even seen season 8 yet. Hey! *looks at calender* It might be starting next week! Yay! (I don't have cable). I've seen the season premire of Atlantis, well, almost all of it. It was a taped version borrowed from a friend, and the climax was missing. lol. But it looked really good! I hope I'll be able to watch it!

I love Claudia Black. She was awesome in Farscape and I loved her appearance in Stargate. So seeing her being made into a more regular character is excellent.

As for Ben Browder

I'm not sure the exact reason for the UK being so behind. We got the Premiere of the new Battlestar Galactica before the US. But the second season we're having to wait. All very strange. I don't get it.

Just so long as I see the shows I'm happy.


Oh yeah and Teal'c....he's superb.

well I just started watching the show this year. I have no idea about the other 7 seasons....

If you can get them on dvd. Get them. If you're like me and can't, try and find somewhere that puts it on re-runs. That's how I keep up with my fix.

I know I'm double posting here, but I wanted to bump this up.

I just found out when Stargate and Atlantis will be on on NBC, they'll be on at 11 pm and 12 am Sunday nights! I'll have to figure out how to work the recording on my tv. Or my brother will, he's good at stuff like that. lol
