Post subject:  The Ashes
Did anyone watch it? The last day yesterday was so nerve racking, I honestly thought we were gonna lose! But thanks mainly to KP we didn't :) I just watched some of the parade now and they were all singing Jerusalem, it nearly brought a tear to my eye lol. All we need now is the football team to emulate that success...yeah right :annoyed2: lol. So did anyone else see it? And did you enjoy it?

Just my luck to have to go back to work yesterday so I couldn't see most of it. Someone in the office was checking in with Radio 4 every now and then so we were keeping up with it. I watched some snazzy play from KP while I was in the gym, but missed the presentation at the end because I had to go out again.

I then missed the parade today because I was in work again!

What timing eh? :duh:

lol! I used to hate cricket, but when the one day games were on before this Ashes my dad had it on and wouldn't let me turn it off so I was forced to watch it. And I actually enjoyed it, which surprised me as much as it did my dad lol. Then when the Ashes started I was well into it. Who reckons Micahel Vaughan and Freddie should be knighted??!! :-D
