Bah. Just ended 16 minutes ago. Stupid Hollywood...not one category I cared about was won by the person/film I wanted to win :'(

And...I know it may seem unfair of me, because no, I haven't seen many of the films nominated, but does a film really have to win EVERY single award just because Hollywood voters liked it? Maybe Brokeback Mountain's a great film - I wouldn't know; I haven't seen it and am not terribly interested - but did it really have to sweep all the awards? Did John Williams have to win Best Score just because he's John Williams?

I predicted practically 75% of the winners without even having seen the films...

^Arwen, i do felt the same way as you. I'm so sad and disappointed.
I was 1 hour late..i went to the market with my mother and returned 1 hour late.. :disgust:

Anyway, i'm even more disappointed..when Narnia didn't win for best score..when Keira did not win..and when..PJ does not win for best director...and when Johnny did not win too...eventhough i choose Brockback Mountain for Best Screenplay, i didn't watch the film too..because i had no idea what to put for the category..

I watched it. I think I guessed about five of the winners correctly, so that either says something about how predictable they are, or how psychic I am.

Well, I can't guess at your psychic powers, but I'd vote for their predictableness myself.

I dunno, I've never liked the Golden Globes much. They seem kind of obnoxiously trying to be informal. Just another way for Hollywood to congratulate itself...

I felt so sad for Johnny! I mean he's a wonderful actor, BUT his role couldn't compete with Pheonix's Johnny Cash. I knew he'd win.
