Yay! season 5 of American Idol has started, and I was wondering, do You think Simon Cowell makes a good judge? He's my favorite, and I love his criticism. :-D

I would say yes too. I like him so much better than Paula, especially. She's so.....sweet. *makes a face*

^Exactly. Did anyone think that Randy and Paula were crazy after putting 'Crazy' Dave through to Hollywood? (Remember the dude that was jumping around...)

He tells it like it is. Major props to him for it. He can be cruel, but he's simply just being honest.

Simon is funny, I think he's a good judge :) Paula really annoys me. I haven't seen AI in a looong time though.

SImon Is a good judge! Who voted no! :blink: I think the show evens out with the judges pretty good! I mean Paula may be nice, but she doesn't annoy me-even though she says yes all the time. I mean I think it's entertaining to see Paula and Simon. :lol: I know Paula is a nice girl-I'm sure there are times where she wants to say something harsh, but since she started out as the 'nice' judge is she paid to be nice from then on?If we had 3 simon cowells I think it would be boring. If everyone was a regular judge than it would definately be BORING-to me anyway. Randy judges honest too-but not really harsh. Simon Cowell wohooo!!!

He is good in the way that he is usually the only one who hears if a contestant sings right on the note. I hate when people who just sound good get to continue even though they don't sing exactlu on the note :annoyed2:
