I'm planning on reading the book soon, then I'll probably see the film. I'm looking forward to it, because I'm one of those people who always enjoys a heart-breaking romantic story.
Plus I live in Georgia where it's set.

There was this girl that lived on my dorm floor last semester that was obsessed with Gone With the Wind, both book and film. As for me, I've never quite got through the book, but I've seen the movie, and all I can say is that I really liked the costumes! |

Oh, such a classic! It broke ground when it was first made, and I am glad it has survived so long. I love the characters and the costumes and settings...it is just a wonderful movie all around! |

I love that film! It's a bit long though, and Scarlett can be incredibly annoying, but I still love it.
