Skin was flippin' awesome. Now I'm just biding my time until Sunday, when I get books that are waiting for me at the library. I'm pawing through a really cute little book called Angels Must Get Their Wings By Helping Little Angels Like Me - full of quotes by kids about heaven and angels and such. It makes me smile.

I'm *finally* reading 'The Golden Compass' (AKA Northern Lights) by Philip Pullman. I've heard of it and made a mental note to read it, but with the film coming out soon I figured I'd finally pick it up. Pretty good so far.

The Princess Bride by William Goldman. Everybody who loved the movie, go get the book right now because it's 100 times better than the movie! And that's saying something, because I LOVE the movie! (I especially like the way he wrote the Sicilian's death: "He was quite cheery until the iocane powder took effect.")
