I'm STILL reading "Brisingr". The problem is that I have absolutely NO time for "pleasure" reading which is absolutely depressing. The most time I had to read it, was during Thanksgiving. And then I only got a little more than halfway through it. HA HA HA!
On a random note that made my day, there was a guy on the bus who was reading it. And he looked like the exact opposite of who you'd expect to read it. XD

YES. And don't you DARE give me crap about it.
Of course I haven't finished reading it yet, but that doesn't matter. XD
I'm a fan, and I'll always be a fan and I defend what I fangirl about fiercely.

The Gunslinger, by Stephen King. Dark. Mean. Lean. Gotta love it.
Au contraire, madame.
Bad Blood is about a thousand times worse than Twilight. I do not kid. The writing of Twilight may be bad, but Bad Blood made me want to poke out my eyes with a rusty fork.
Anyway, I actually got a chance for pleasure reading, so I'm reading Othello. You heard me. I'm such a nerd that I read Shakespeare for fun.

I do too. Though I've read the majority of the comedies, less of the drama.
I am working on Shadow Rising for the bajillionth time. Seriously, these books are like the best things ever written.
And yeah Darky. The Inheritance Trilogy is light, not epic. It's good for pleasure reading.

Oh, Darky.
Oh, and did I mention that I'm reading Ethan Frome for school? It's...ish.

Currently reading Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell by Susanna Clarke. 846 pages... this could take me awhile. Also, I'm not technically reading it, but I'm listening to an audio book of The Curse of Chalion by Lois McMaster Bujold. 'Tis quite good!

I'm on Arthur by Stephen R Lawhead. It's not as good as Merlin and Taliesin, the first two books of the Pendragon Cycle, and I kind of miss my traditional names (I think Bedwyr might correspond to Lancelot? I'm confused) but it's definitely a good read.
Once I finish that I'm back to Shaman's Crossing, first of the Soldier Son trilogy, by Robin Hobb.
And re the topic of Brisingr: I got 2/3 of the way through and was unable to finish. I have limited pleasure reading time, and it neither entertained me nor intrigued me. Paolini could have done the same in just one more book.
