Can ya believe it?

James Brown passed! He was hospitalized for pneumonia on Christmas Eve. Then he died this morning from heart failure. I loved his music & I think we should recognize all his achievements not his mistakes. He did make great music though.

Was the first thing I saw on the news when I turned on my tv that morning.

Though I can't and won't say I was a huge fan, but it's always sad when an icon, a legend and a pioneer passes away. He'll be sadly missed by his fans but more importantly his family and his friends.

RIP James.

I was so sad!! I love soul music, it's great! I was so sad to find out that he died.... I first got interested in him through work, he's great to cook to. *sigh* It's so sad when an icon dies....
