Why do you need to "admit" it, Sida? It's not like there's anything to be ashamed of. I actually think we should all just openly worship her.
I've loved Dido's music for, god, it's been YEARS! Well, since I first heard "Thank You." And that WAS a long time ago. Then I stole my cousin's "No Angel" CD and openly worshipped it. (Hey, she didn't listen to it anyways...) Then I got "Life For Rent" and now I openly obsess over both. I love most of the songs on both CDs. Let's see if I can remember my favourites:
1st CD:
"Hunter"
"My Lover's Gone"
"Thank You"
"Isobel"
"Take My Hand"
2nd CD:
"White Flag" (which, did you guys know, she wrote that as an apology to her fiancee? Interestesing..
"Stoned"
"See You When You're 40"
"Sand In My Shoes"
"See The Sun"...and the little extra at the end. <--Actually, this song is really important to me, because of something that happened to a good friend of mine a couple summers ago. He committed suicide like 2 months after this CD came out...and his favourite was this...and it kind of describes what happened to him and our friendship. ANYways...going off on a tangent.
They actually did a piece on Dido on NPR about a year and a half ago. It was really interesting. Anyways.
So, obviously, I think Dido is amazing. One of my favourite artists. And I, unlike Sida , openly worship her and the ground she walks on.

Why do you think I started this thread if I don't worship her? And if you haven't noticed it is in the open *nudge nudge*

Dido's music is cool I like "No Angel" better than "Life for Rent," I think, because the songs on the latter don't seem to have as much variety. My favorite songs of hers are Take My Hand, Isobel, Hunter, Here With Me, and Thank You.

Ah ha ha ha! Awww... Yes, you've "come out" Sida. Juuuust kidding. I was just making fun of you saying "I admit it..." ;) Ha ha ha.
Hey, I actually think that Eminem used "Thank You" in one of his songs. Must be good if even he uses it. It's quite a sad song though....hmmm...yay for Dido!

i can get the lyrics of "Stan" of you then you can tell me what song it was,
this is the Dido part,
My tea's gone cold I'm wondering why I..
got out of bed at all
The morning rain clouds up my window..
and I can't see at all
And even if I could it'll all be gray,
but your picture on my wall
It reminds me, that it's not so bad,
it's not so bad..
