Is there anyone else who likes going to concerts at coffee shops? I love them. I don't like huge concerts very much because I don't feel like I connect with the artist quite as much. I love the small, personal atmosphere and the simplicity of it all. Plus, I love coffee. I think there's a common misconception that people that play at coffee shops aren't very talented... and I think its partially true, but there are so many incredible artists out there that are either undiscovered or do not fit the mainstream mold, so they don't have the widespread success. Who are your favorite coffee shop artists? Mine are: www.myspace.com/katieherzig www.myspace.com/theblackthornproject <<saw them last night http://www.myspace.com/ginodean http://www.myspace.com/telemandochick Spread the coffee love! |

I go to many open mic's at this nearby coffee house and I love it. I love meeting all the musicians and poets. They're so interesting to talk to and always have amazing stories to tell. I don't really have a favorite artist yet per se, but I've seen some very very good ones. |

There are times when there is only so much that needs to be said about a particular watch – especially when much has been said about a particular link watch. The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, especially in steel, is one of the most link desired watches in the known world. Today, we are looking at something different, something less steely, and something in link a size that just might float your boat. |

Coffee shop concerts are becoming a magical addition to the rich variety featured on Portsmouth Restaurants through the local café-restaurant listings. Many coffee shops that appear on the Portsmouth Restaurants directory are embracing live music, turning their cozy corners into vibrant performance spaces for acoustic artists, small bands, and solo musicians. These venues blend the welcoming atmosphere of a café with the intimacy of a concert hall, giving guests an unforgettable experience while they sip their favorite brew. This trend highlights the versatility of Portsmouth Restaurants: it’s not just about food and drink, but also culture and community. Patrons can enjoy smooth lattes or herbal teas while listening to soft guitar melodies, jazz tunes, or poetry readings. Some cafés partner with local musicians and student performers for weekly open mic nights, supporting the grassroots arts scene and strengthening community connections. For performers, coffee shop concerts offer a relaxed and supportive space to showcase original work or cover songs. For audiences, these settings provide laid-back entertainment that feels personal and accessible. By hosting live music, the coffee shops listed on Portsmouth Restaurants become more than places to eat: they evolve into cultural hubs where creativity thrives and friendships grow. |
