I'm in a bit of a pickle. We're supposed to go to a karaoke bar tonight, me and some peeps. But I'm soooo tired. And it's 7 pm and I just got home from walking around forever. I have a headache and my back hurts. I so want to go, but just... god, I'm exhausted. The thing is that the trains stop running at midnight, so we're actually going to stay out until they start running again at 5 am.

It's a good thing. It really is. What happened was, I have this friend that is serious unhinged. I mean, this person should be on meds. Or at least go into some major therapy. Well, the other night, she seriously ripped into me. Blaming me for everything wrong that's happening in her life. I was already mad at her, because she was the only person to not say something nice or send me a card, when I was due to go into hospital. I'd had enough, until I hit breaking point. I'd tried to be a good friend and support her, but it was just too much for me. Well, she went completely crazy and blocked me from her Facebook. At first I was mad, because I'd done nothing wrong. But, now I'm happy that she's out of my life.



That actually sounds like fun. The going out to the karaoke bar thing. I hope you have fun, Bella.

We decided to go today instead. Which is good. Then I can study all day and get ready to leave earlier and such. My back was hurting too bad. So yeah, tonight it'll be karaoke all night.

@Erin--Ah I see. I had a situation somewhat like that with a friend years ago, and boy was it nice when we stopped hanging out and what not. I felt more free and happier, was able to make my own friends rather than being tethered to her core group of people like she liked me to be...she was rather controlling and manipulative.

@Bella--Glad to hear you're having fun over there! Especially since its all new!

That's so how it is. They only wanted me to talk to them, and alienated a lot of friends away. It was difficult going on forums and stuff, because they would get extremely possessive, and want to know exactly what I talked about.

I don't know what to do with myself, now that I have the freedom to talk to who I want. It's like I've forgotten how to make friends with people, because I'm used to only being allowed to talk to her for the last five years.

I know exactly what you mean! I've always had difficulty forging friendships since her, and its probably because of her. The only friends I had came through her, except for one friendship I had in elementary school, which is actually what started to dissolve my friendship with the nutjob girl. I've already got a Sherlock Holmes personality when it comes to people interaction, so I'm sure being under her thumb didn't help matters much! But I got over that issue fairly well when I decided to take a drama class, in an effort to force myself to become more involved and to meet more people and become part of something. It worked too, gave me more confidence when it came to meeting new people.

Have a wedding to go to today, hoping the weather isn't going to be too severe. Supposed to be thunderstorms moving in during the festivities.

@Lithôniel: I'd love to do something like that. Take a class, I mean. It's hard though, because I'm a recovering agoraphobic. Places that require going outside are kinda off limits to me. I can go out, with in reason. Like, if someone I trust is with me, or I'm familiar with the place.

I'd love to go to Japan one day. I became fascinated by Japanese decor, architecture, cuisine, even names, when I started to take an interest in anime.

I'm crazy about Ireland and Australia. Definitely dream vacations for me! Or heck, dream places to live! Granted I also want to go to England, to see the Sherlock Holmes museum and Sherwood Forest.
