I made some money (the legal way, I am not a counterfieter) and then made brownies when I got home. And sat at the computer until I went to sleep. Twas a very exciting Valentine's Day.  Thanks GP! Whooo, now I'm going to go take a shower and then get ready to drive up to Madison to look at apartments. Yay? It's terrifying. Real life. I'm new, no mistake! Nothing much, except for a few things. Job hunting must be hard...I don't really know. I'm babysitting soon, and that's pretty much all I can do, considering I'm only fourteen.

Yep, eventually things work out. It took me 8 months of applying to finally get an offer. Everyone wants experience and no one wants to give you experience. So frustrating.  It's always like, "I just graduated college, I cannot also have five years of experience!" _________________ going on a journey through my old claims

Exactly! How is a person supposed to get experience if no one will give them a chance? It doesnt help that in my area it seems no one anywhere is hiring, in fact some places are busy trying to downsize for financial reasons it seems. That is one bad thing about living in a town thats nothin more than a stop sign. By the time you realize you're in my town you're already leaving it! Now if I was a registered nurse or a truck driver I'd be in good shape... _________________

Oh my goodness there are so many nurses around me.  It's actually kind of insane how many people my age or a year or two older went into nursing. And of course people are always sick, so it's true you can find jobs....What are you looking for a job in? @Alatariel - I don't know if job hunting will be harder than babysitting! That always sounded like such a stressful job to me. Of course, I don't really enjoy being around kids much longer than about an hour, so.....  _________________ going on a journey through my old claims

I've been considering switching to grooming recently though, it should be easier on my knees (since a knee injury a little over year ago made one knee as bad as the other now). Plus I hear their pay is better. _________________
