In the begining was the Word,
and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
All things were made through him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.
In Him was life, and the life was the light of men, and the light shines in the darkness and the darkness comprehends it not.
Just a verse I thought sounded poetic.
As some may know I don't hold to close to non-ryming poetry so i fiured I would post this and see if you guys think it qualifies as "poetic" *shrugs*

I would say the language is poetic in a loose sense, as in highly descriptive and not something I would say getting a cheeseburger. But otherwise, lacking a certain rhythm or rhyme, it's not strictly poetic.

*nods* that was my thought as well.
It has no realy rythm or ryme to it, but the words did seem a bit... poetic-ish *shrugs*
