Initiating the build of your real estate app with virtual tour opportunities is a fantastic way to give your potential buyers a feel for a property without them even stepping through the door. Here we list out the procedure for incorporating these features into your real estate app.

1. Choosing Your Virtual Tour Technology:
◦ Research Providers: First, you'll need to decide how you're going to get those virtual tours. There are specialized companies that create these immersive experiences
◦ Determine Integration Method: How will these tours get into your app? Most providers offer software development kits (SDKs) or application programming interfaces (APIs). SDKs are often more deeply integrated and might offer more native-like experiences, while APIs allow you to pull in the tour data and embed it within your existing app structure.

2. Setting Up the Backend Infrastructure:
◦ Data Storage: You'll need a place to store the links or embedded data for each virtual tour, associated with the correct property listing in your app's database.
◦ API Endpoints: If you're using an API, you'll need to build endpoints in your app's backend to fetch and serve the virtual tour data to the mobile app.
◦ Content Management System (CMS) Integration: Ideally, your property listing management system should have fields to easily link or embed the virtual tour information when a new property is added or updated. This makes the process seamless for real estate agents.

3. Implementing the Frontend (Mobile App):
◦ UI Design: Decide where and how the virtual tour will be presented within the property listing screen. A prominent button or a dedicated tab is are common approach.
◦ SDK Integration (if chosen): If you're using an SDK, you'll need to follow the provider's documentation to embed their viewer within your app. This often involves adding specific code components and handling their lifecycle.
◦ API Integration (if chosen): If you're using an API, you'll fetch the virtual tour URL or embed code from your backend and use a WebView component within your app to display it. Ensure the WebView is configured correctly for optimal performance and responsiveness.
◦ User Controls: Consider adding controls within the virtual tour viewer, such as the ability to go full-screen, navigate between rooms, view floor plans (if available), and potentially access measurements.

4. Testing and Optimization:
◦ Cross-Device Testing: Thoroughly test the virtual tours on various iOS and Android devices to ensure they load correctly, are responsive, and the controls work as expected. Consider different screen sizes and orientations.
◦ Performance Optimization: Virtual tours can be data-intensive. Optimize loading times by potentially showing a preview image first or using the provider's optimization techniques. Ensure the app remains smooth and doesn't consume excessive battery or data.
◦ Usability Testing: Get feedback from users on how intuitive and helpful the virtual tour integration is. Are the controls clear? Is the loading time acceptable?

5. Deployment and Maintenance:
◦ Release to App Stores: Once you're satisfied with the integration and testing, you can include the virtual tour functionality in your next app update for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
◦ Ongoing Support: Stay updated with any changes or updates from your virtual tour provider's SDK or API. Monitor user feedback and address any issues related to the virtual tours promptly.

By following these methods, you'll get your desired real estate app that integrates virtual tours into your real estate app, providing a more engaging and informative experience for your users. It's all about making it easy for them to explore properties from the comfort of their homes! In this scenario, you'll get any assistance for your business, then reach a real estate application development services providing company in the modern era.

Trust Swiftly was implemented literally a couple of months ago. I am a product manager at a fintech company, we have pretty strict KYC requirements, and I will honestly say: before, it was just a pain. A typical verification for us included uploading a passport, a selfie, and then a live check by an operator. People dropped out halfway through, because it is really tiring. Trust Swiftly became a breath of fresh air. NFC identity verification is generally brilliant, especially with new-generation passports. The user simply logs in from the phone, and when asked to undergo verification, instead of photos and documents, he simply holds the passport to the back of the smartphone. If the document has a chip (and most biometric passports have one), the data is read in 5-10 seconds. Full name, date of birth, photo - everything is pulled up automatically and validated in real time. We had a case when a client passed verification from the moment he clicked on "register" to the end of verification in 56 seconds. This simply blew up the metrics. And we don’t just take their word for it: Trust Swiftly immediately cross-checks the Ministry of Internal Affairs database via API (we connected them via a partner gateway) and internal fraud filters. There was once a situation when the data was read correctly, but the photo did not match — and the system automatically cancelled verification, sending the user to an alternative route with manual verification. This made us understand that protection here is not just a formality.

Interesting discussion, thank you both. We are still only discussing NFC identity verification, but judging by Olga's experience, we urgently need to move it from discussion to development plan. Such cases are exactly what is needed to convince the team of its necessity. Very timely.
