It is surprising, sometimes, to see how much people depend on their beliefs in a magic wand. They can not care about their health for decades, but then the latter starts being faulty, look for vitamins in hope that taking supplements will help and no work will be needed. I guess menopause is a process that cannot be avoided. You must see the doctor for medical therapy, if needed. I would also recommend tackling down core issues like prolapse etc., because weak core will never be of any help during this time.
