Do the Books look like a tedious read when all are placed together?
Yes, totally 0%  0%  [ 0 ]
To an extent, but that's only to be expected with big books (: 38%  38%  [ 5 ]

Some parts are a bit tedious, especially in the beginning of FotR...however I found that as you keep reading, it does get easier. Plus, you can't stand not knowing what's going to happen next!
