Good afternoon. This is a complicated issue and I doubt there is a qualified lawyer on this forum. When I encountered a similar problem, my lawyer shared the information with me at https://www.natlawreview.com/article/tips-responding-to-ftc-civil-investigative-demand-cid and I am grateful to him. It is important for me not only to solve the problem but also to understand the process itself to prevent this from happening in the future. |
