Just don't think about it too much, and if you're a good specialist, your employee won't even think about your language skills. |

That's true, your working skills are much more important, but I totally understand why you think about it. I can recommend you check the following link and learn how to speak english fluently in a job interview, and I believe it can help you calm down before the interview and feel more confident, so it's worth giving a try. |
