I want to understand and improve working qualities of my personnel and i will be conducting a test nex week. But i need to know how to conduct it properly? |

I think you can find anything on the Internet. As for the tests themselves, well, ask some questions and so on. I can't tell you how it all works, because I've never done it before. |

In order to do this i think you need to search for templates and examples.
