It’s really tough to keep motivated, especially when progress seems slow and the results aren't immediately visible. I sometimes feel like I’m not doing enough, and it can be frustrating not to see the changes I hope for. I know consistency is important, but on some days, it just feels overwhelming. It makes me wonder if I'm missing something or if there’s a better way to approach this. How do you all keep yourself motivated, especially when things get tough?

It’s totally normal to feel that way, Alex. Just remember, the key is consistency. Every little bit counts, even on days when it feels like you're not making much progress. Finding motivation can definitely be the hardest part. It might be helpful to set specific, manageable goals that you can achieve in a short amount of time, like walking for 20 minutes a day or incorporating more fruits and vegetables into your meals.
