Hey all, Has anyone here ever used an online legal advice platform? I’m wondering how the experience compares to working with a traditional law firm in person.

I’ve actually used 99 legal a couple of times for legal advice, and I was pleasantly surprised. The process was fast, professional, and a lot more affordable than working with a traditional firm. I liked that I could submit documents and get answers quickly without having to schedule in-person meetings or pay high hourly rates. If your issue isn’t super complex or time-sensitive, it’s a great option.

For more complex or sensitive matters, I still prefer sitting down with a lawyer in person. But for straightforward issues—like reviewing a contract or drafting a basic agreement—online legal platforms are super convenient and cost-effective. Just make sure the platform uses qualified attorneys, not generic templates.
