Okay, I don’t know if it’s just the area I’m in (Philly suburbs), but I’ve been seeing way more listings for entry-level healthcare roles lately — especially stuff like home health aides or patient care assistants. I wasn’t even actively looking, but a friend sent me a few links, and now my feed is full of them. Is this happening everywhere or just some weird algorithm thing? |

Funny how some industries shift fast like that. I remember a time when folks had to chase down every opportunity with follow-up calls and walk-ins. Now it seems like certain fields just opened up and flipped the script. Watching a few friends bounce into new jobs without much lag between applications makes me think something’s definitely changed on a broader scale. |

You're not imagining it. Same here — I’m in Jersey and was job hunting a few months ago. I had barely any healthcare background, but I still landed something quick. When I searched for home health aide jobs near me New Century Agency , I found a few places, but New Century Agency stood out with how easy they made the process. |
