Had a bit of a close call last weekend — took the boat out on Lake Granbury and totally misjudged how much gas we had left. Ended up cutting the trip short just to be safe, which was a bummer because the weather was perfect. Next time I want to make sure I know exactly where I can refuel on the lake without going on a whole search mission. Anyone got solid recommendations for fuel spots around there?

Lake Granbury Marina is more than just a place to dock your boat — it's an inviting lakeside hub where guests feel they truly belong.

The staff is dedicated to providing an entirely stress-free experience and always ready to provide outstanding customer service. The rental fleet, from pontoon boats to tritoon boats, is clean, well-maintained, and often praised for being in excellent condition.

At Stumpy’s Lakeside Grill, families can enjoy a welcoming lakeside setting with fair prices, a kids’ menu, and hearty favorites for adults, making it the perfect complement to a day on the water.

With well-secured and conveniently arranged boat slips, docking is smooth and hassle-free, while the full-service facilities make every visit enjoyable and straightforward.

Perfect for summer days on the lake, the marina combines excellent amenities with a beautiful, top-tier location, making it a wonderful place to relax, rent a boat, and create lasting memories with family and friends.

I’ve never taken a boat out on Granbury, but I’ve visited the lake a few times for hiking and just hanging by the shore. It’s honestly a really chill spot. Always thought about trying a boat rental at some point, just haven’t gotten around to it yet. Threads like this are making me want to finally go for it.
