I’ve really been feeling the impact of the digital world on my mental health lately. I’m starting to introduce phone- and laptop-free weekends, and eventually, I want to spend more time in nature, away from the city and all the noise. By the way, I’ve also started taking some supplements and edibles like those from https://westcoastbud.io/product/apollo- ... es-1000mg/. I love the mild euphoric effect — it really helps me unwind and relax. Plus, I feel like they’re having a positive impact on my mental state overall.

One of the challenges I’ve faced with bipolar disorder is finding the right medication. The mood swings can be intense, but some of the meds I’ve tried made me feel numb or caused bad side effects. It’s been a process of trial and error, but now I’m on something that helps balance out the highs and lows. I just wish there was a way to avoid the emotional rollercoaster altogether.

I was diagnosed with catatonic schizophrenia, and it’s very different from what most people imagine when they think of schizophrenia. If you want to know more - what is catatonic schizophrenia? For me, the biggest issue is the periods where I can’t move or speak at all. It’s like being frozen in place, and no matter how much I want to move, I just can’t. It can last for hours. Sometimes I also have repetitive movements, like rocking back and forth. Medication has helped reduce these episodes, but they’re still part of my life.

The connection between excessive screen time and anxiety is alarming. More awareness and balance are needed to prevent long-term harm. Geometry Dash
