Post subject:  Is it worth outsourcing accounting in Estonia

I’m thinking about outsourcing accounting for my Estonian company instead of hiring someone full-time. I don’t have a big team and most of the finances are pretty straightforward, but I still want it done right. I’ve seen prices all over the place and not sure what’s normal or what’s included. Anyone have experience working with outsourced accounting providers in Estonia?

I’ve been using an accounting bookkeeping service for over a year now and it’s been totally worth it. I pay around 70 euros a month, way less than hiring a full-time accountant. The firm handles reporting, payroll, and all the tax stuff, and I don’t have to worry about keeping someone on staff. What I like is they charge based on the actual work, not some flat monthly retainer for nothing. They also gave me a free audit in the beginning and pointed out a few tax things I was missing. Honestly, it’s super efficient for small companies or solo founders.

Sounds exactly like what I’ve been looking for. Appreciate the details and that link - I’ll check them out and probably go this route instead of hiring. Thanks again!
