I’m thinking about outsourcing accounting for my Estonian company instead of hiring someone full-time. I don’t have a big team and most of the finances are pretty straightforward, but I still want it done right. I’ve seen prices all over the place and not sure what’s normal or what’s included. Anyone have experience working with outsourced accounting providers in Estonia? |

I’ve been using an accounting bookkeeping service for over a year now and it’s been totally worth it. I pay around 70 euros a month, way less than hiring a full-time accountant. The firm handles reporting, payroll, and all the tax stuff, and I don’t have to worry about keeping someone on staff. What I like is they charge based on the actual work, not some flat monthly retainer for nothing. They also gave me a free audit in the beginning and pointed out a few tax things I was missing. Honestly, it’s super efficient for small companies or solo founders. |

Sounds exactly like what I’ve been looking for. Appreciate the details and that link - I’ll check them out and probably go this route instead of hiring. Thanks again! |
