I’ve got a big annual report, about 120 pages, that I need translated into English for colleagues. It’s a mix of text, tables, and some charts. I need something accurate that won’t destroy the formatting. Any experiences to share? |

I recently translated a 130-page report using https://pdft.ai/translate-large-pdf/ and it was smooth from start to finish. The upload was quick, and the tool preserved tables and chart positions without scrambling them. You can download the output as a DOCX if you need to tweak something, or as a PDF if you want it ready to send. The translation speed was much faster than I expected for a file that size. Definitely saved me hours compared to breaking it into parts. |

I had a similar situation recently (a long corporate PDF with tables and charts). Most tools messed up the formatting during translation. The only service that handled it well for me was PDF Guru. I actually discovered it thanks to this Reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/automation/comments/1mfjlhe/tried_pdf_gurus_ai_summarizer_heres_what_it_does/?captcha=1.
