Haha, it wasn't the scariest but it made me jump! Oh yeah! :P

My dad had already seen it, so he turned it up, and started laughing histerically when me and my sister gasped and jumped out of the couch.

As for creepyness, here are my reactions:

Bilbo: Whoa, dude!
Shelob: Whoa, dude! Giant spider! Cool! Eew...
Fish: Eew... that's not even cooked!

That is by far the creepiest part in RotK....Ack! Just thinking about it makes me cringe :P

Anyways, FotR didn't really scare me...hmmm...I think I need to go watch it sometime...However, Bilbo's phase was definitely..."jumping out of the seat" appropriate. :P Oo and when Lurtz licked Aragorn's dagger...that was icky. Blech :p

I jump at it everytime time, but it doesn't keep me from watching it.

Shelob scares me to death. I have a terrible case of arachniphobia. I HATE spiders.

I don't like spiders but Shelob doesn't really scare me. To be honest, Gothmog does. xP!
All orcs are hideous but Gothmog...Good Lord!

That part really scared my sister, since I hadn't told her about it.

Shelob? Scary? Maybe a little, she's more interesting and cool than scary for me(do keep in mind that this is coming from someone who wants to be an entomologist.)

I jumped pretty high at the bilbo scene but now I'm ready for it.

I think I'd say Denethor eating was creepier. Doesn't he know that you're supposed to close your mouth when eating cherry tomatoes?! =D

Heh, I jumped at that part too. It wasn't that bad, though.

Lady of Taniquetil: That is hilarious! But it's even more hilarious that the great steward of Gondor did the same thing! (rolls over laughing)
