I bumped into this mural artist painting under a bridge and he mentioned his Insta full of progress shots, but my app refused to load anything the whole evening. Now I’m trying to track down his work again. Got any Instagram account viewer you trust so I can peek at public profiles without the app acting up? |

I once stumbled across an alley where a muralist was putting the finishing touches on this wild piece. He said his Insta had all the progress shots, but my app refused to load anything—total bummer.
