^thanks. I watched TTT this morning and I saw that part. How could I miss it? And then I looked at the special features, and they showed how they have a string attached to him, which kind of crushed any awe I had of that scene. :bye2:

Are you talking about the extended edition? Because I don't have that, so I don't know.

But in the special features (second disc of TTT DVD), if you watch the parts of like the preview of the EE or something, it's there. :bye2:

It was years ago, we got them at Sam's (a big surplus store), and I honestly don't know how much they cost, but they are the cheapest there, you might also want to try Walmart, or even eBay.

I actually got my DVDs at Target - a store that sells almost everything. It was thirteen dollars there. At Borders, it's, like, twenty dollars. :bye2:

I love target!

I think it's funny how book stores charge more for DVDs than other stores.

Now is that the EE version or the regular?

30 DOLLARS??? The one at the bookstore was around forty-nine. *mutters to herself*. The one I got at Target was a regular one for thirteen-ish dollars.

eowyn, you're lucky to have a mom who likes LotR. The rest of my family aren't fans - so when I want to buy the DVDs, they give me a look. My mom does, anyway. :bye2:
