Wow, I'm really tied on this one. I've actually got a ton of them. My definite favorites are in Minas Tirith, when Gandalf is telling Pippin of the journey after death, and again in Minas Tirith when Aragorn tells the four hobbits that they "bow to no one" Though they are not my very favorite, I also love the scenes with Pippin singing to Denethor; the Grey Havens; the charge of the Rohirrim at the Pelenor Fields, and the scene at the beginning of the movie when Gandalf and Pippin first see Minas Tirith. I love cranking the sound up all the way on the stereo system in my house to listen to it! It's perfect with the walls shaking and everything.

Well,I can't chose a particular scene from the Rotk,I like all the scenes. But probably the following ones are my best scenes:
The battle on the Pelennor fields, the speech of Theoden when all the army say 'Death!'-I always shiver when I see it.
The scene when Frodo and Sam is climbing on the slopes of Mount Doom, and Frodo is absolutely overwhelmed by the evil power of the Ring.
And when they are at the end of all things, and Frodo's burden is over, and he is smiling again.
Oh,when they come home to the Shire,it's so nice and breathtaking. And the music is fantastically good.
But probably my best scene is in the end of the movie, when Frodo goes west. It's such a bittersweet ending and always make me cry. It's so heart-wrenching.
I think that's all.Yay,I missed out Pippin's song in front of Denethor.I like that scene, too. And a lot another:)

^^ That's one of my favorites, too. Grey Havens, Arwen's journey, that scene when she saw her son on the forest, and the Remaking of Narsil, and Eowyn fighting the Witch King, and the Scene where Gandalf tells about death to Pippin, and.. well, almost everything in the movie.

The first that comes to mind is the scene with Sam's "I can't carry it for you, but I can carry you!". Sam's behaviour is just so heartwarming, especially when you see the Rohan/Gondor army standing at the gates of Mordor in the next shot. These two little Hobbits have no hope of ever returning or even surviving, yet Sam can still find the strength to do that good thing. It's just so characteristic of the entire trilogy for me.
And my other favorite is when Eowyn and Faramir finally talk and hold hands. Such a sweet interlude in all the fighting and battle scenes.
