I did actually end up watching some Dr. Who behind the scenes stuff. David Tennant's incredibly thick Scottish accent makes me go into fits of squeeing.

I did the same thing.  I don't know what it is about Scottish accents... I had a coworker this summer who had a thick Scottish accent, and every time he came into my office and said my name I just about screamed in delight.
