She moaned, but was cut off as a sudden impact of extreme pleasure hit her. Her body clenched, and she let out a keening cry. Then collapsed on top of him, her body trembling, and her red hair cascaded over them both.

He lay beneath her, breathing heavily. It had been the second time they had shared this. Sitting up he pulled his clothes properly back on, Eonwe still leaning on him.
He gave her a smile and a light kiss.

She blushed and kissed him back, then straightened her dress, pulling it back up at the top and sliding off him, she righted the skirt. She was shy. What was one to say after that? She had no idea. She looked at the ground.

''You still find trouble meeting my gaze'' he said, almost laughing. He lay back against the tree trunk, getting comfortable as he pulled his cloak over his body.
He himself also had trouble looking her in the eye, something they both shared, he thought.

"Well...I...it's not..." there she went again! "Why...I can't..." she couldn't even say she couldn't talk right! She huffed at herself in frustration, then lifted her eyes to him, and looked at him even though her instinct was to look away. She shivered and looked around for her blanket or her cloak. She realized her cloak must have fallen off sometime.

''You may sit with me if you are cold'' he offered raising his cloak slightly so as to make room for her.
It amused him how so often she would stutter and not be able to speak properly in his presence.

She gladly took the offer and pulled the corner of the cloak around her. "Thank you." two words, she could manage, but she might as well forget about trying to make full sentences. She wasn't sure how close she should sit to him, so she just pulled the edge of the cloak closer around her.

He decided to give her a break from her uncertainty. He pulled her over to him so she rested against him, and circled the cloak so it covered them both. Now they were both somewhat warmer, with the cloak and warmth of each others bodies.

She blinked in shock. "You...it...ok." she knew he probably wouldn't have any idea what she was saying. But she gave in to the warmth, laying her head down on his shoulder. Her body sunk into his in relief from the chill air.

He laughed softly at her stuttering.
''Perhaps you should write down what you mean to say from now on?''
As she leaned to him, he felt quite protective of her, putting an arm around her shoulder.

She snorted in a most un-lady like manner. "watch it." her voice was serious, but her tone was playful. She rather liked the feel of his arm around her. She smiled, a bit drowsy. "I can smell it already." she whispered.

''Are you threatening me?''
His arm tightened around her neck, as if proving a point.
''Smell what?'' he asked, looking around as if he would see what she meant.

"Perhaps." she smiled as his arm tightened. "I smell freedom. The ocean, and I can even see our little cottage by the sea." she hadn't even realized she had said 'our' cottage. She was too tired, and slowly drifting off into a dream world where he was indeed at the cottage with her.

He watched her fall asleep, thinking about what she said. Our cottage? He frowned as he thought. Was he ready for that? To settle down and give up his life of fighting?
He wasn't sure. He knew it was a decision he couldn't make until truly faced with it.

She dreamt of the cottage until her dream switched again. Yet again she found herself a participant in the games. Her breath came hard and fast. She was in his body, and she shivered as she felt the cold, calculating soul of a fighter. Again she awoke with a start. Looking around she saw that it was morning, and she was still cuddled up to Crixus. "I'm so sorry...it was intent to stay awake so you could get sleep"

As she woke with a start he looked to her, surprised. As she spoke he stopped her words, putting his finger to her lips.
''Hush. I did not mind. Why did you wake in such a state?'' he asked, noticing her demeanor.
