Welcome! Since a couple members have started several official social media sites for Arwen-undomiel.com I thought it would be a good idea to have a singular place where we can list them all for the new and old members.

I followed on twitter. I'm not familiar with tumblr. I would like to join de group on facebook though.

Yeah, tumblr is a little hard for me too. I'm not terribly familiar with it either.

Sure. If you send me a PM with your facebook info I can add you as a friend on facebook and then add you to the group.

Or if you prefer I can send your facebook name to the leader of the group on facebook and see if I can get a hold of her to add you.

I don't find Tumblr that hard (except if I had to make my own blogs, since I have no idea on how to do that, or have the computer to support those kind of programs). It was either Tumblr or Pinterest, and the one thing I like about Tumblr is that you can "reblog" naughty (tagged as NSFW, meaning "not suitable for work") posts, since I'm not so sure about Pinterest. I try to keep my Tumblr pretty clean (so I don't have to tag it as a mature content blog), but there may be a few of those posts in there (I may even write the occasional fan fic or "drabble" since the only ones I won't write are slash, incest, abuse of any kind, and Thorin, Fili and Kili must survive, since I won't kill them off, sorry). I may "follow" the AU blog (though I won't be contributing to it, since I have no idea of how to make my own artwork, or else I would start my own "request" thread on this board), but I won't be on Twitter (since I hardly use it, because I still don't get it, even though I've had an account since April 2009) and I don't join "closed" groups.

I think I have looked at your tumblr blog actually. Any bit we can get will help. Even if you don't contribute to the blog even if you reshared a post now and then. Just to get AU out there in the public eye and maybe draw in a few new members.

Pinterest is simpler to me, but that's because I have used it mor perhaps. We have a pinterest board now that you mention it. I forgot about that one! I will have to edit the first post and add that!

I think the death throes of this site was in the fragmenting of it among these social media threads. Anyway Jax, having been 'friends' with you on fecebook for about a week and being exposed to your seriously far right extremist christian-taliban views, I lost all respect for you. You becoming moderator on the 'new' AU board is the reason I quit contributing to the place. I see it is dead as well. I can say that here now because what ... I'll be banned?
