I could try and make the prize if no one else wants to in case you win, but if there is anyone else who can/will it might be beat (for your sake). ;p. I am not the beat at graphics yet for sure. So do we need a picture of a cup to go along woth our drabble? As far as a deadline... *shrugs* Either before the holliday season or by the first of the year I would say. If anyone doesn't have it done before they are likely to be busy during and so after may be best? *shrugs again*

This is true.
I have not heard from her in a little while, but I'll mention it in a PM. I will just send out a pm to everyone in the member list for the club and let them know what we are doing.
I guess we could give them a week to respond and then set a deadline or I can just mention in my message that the deadline is new years.

We'll wait a week for people to respond, then set a deadline. It makes sense. We don't want to have to expand the deadline as more people want to join.
Where do we submit the entries, and how does the winner get chosen?

I would say we could create a thread in the contests page for aubmitting the writings and then let everyone vote for their favorite. (Writers would be unable to vote for their own work)
That way it doesn't require judges and thus exclude them from also writing if they want to.
