Hmmmmm ... if it has wings and breathes fire, I'd rather train it to shoot down those pesky drones that are proliferating! Would you ever try to train a Warg to be a sheep-herder like those border collies are so good at being?

Not unless I wanted to lose my sheep ...
Would you ever sail one of the Corsair's ships?

If the Corsairs are on board: No. If the ghosts are on board: Yes.
Would you ever try yourself as Elrond's apprentice?

Would you ever train a Mearas as a war-horse?

Hm.... I want to say yes because I like his character... lol but realistically Inprobably would not have.
Would you ever have told Frodo what the ring really was if all you intended him to do was take the ring to Rivendell?

Who am I to second-guess Gandalf? Even he had no (clear?) concept of what was to be done after Rivendell way back then. As far as I can see, Gandalf needed to impress on Frodo how dangerous the One Ring was to convince him to get the Angband out of the Shire, to draw the dangerous hunters for One Ring away from the Shire and thus keep the latter reasonably safe for a while - a while during which the usual guardians (Aragorn and later the Rangers) were away on more pressing matters.
Would you ever have told Sam how far in leagues / miles / whatever the journey was going to be before anyone arrived at the place where the One Ring could be destroyed?

Probably not... if anything it would probably just discourage him.
Would you ever force Golum to eat lembas bread?

I could try but I doubt I would be able to do it unless he was trussed up with Sam's elven rope.
Would you ever offer to buy Arwen's wedding gift on behalf of the Hobbits?

Probably not... I'd be afraid of how much it might cost! Would you ever bring goat steaks to an Elvish potluck? (As in a potluck put on by elves... not to be confused with a potluck where you eat elves....)

Probably not, although I don't have any objections to eating goats. I suspect Elves might be prone to vegetarianism for some reason.
Would you ever attend an Entmoot, and stay until it was over?

Why not? I’m retired now. Would you ever declaim Shakespearean sonnets in Elrond’s halls in Rivendell?

Not likely, although Elves might actually enjoy the odd Shakespearean sonnet.
Would you ever agree to make a full course dinner for a dozen hungry Dwarfs?

Eh.... probably not. Would you ever gather fire wood in Fangorn forest?
