Wow, thank you!
My favourite dress of her is her white gown in the first movie. It's so simple but at the same time it looks great on her, it's beautiful!

I like the one in the King of the Golden hall, (the white one) and her Red one in ROTK. I love all of her dresses. Dont forget her battle-armor.

I love her shieldmaiden dress! The white one with a dark brown vest/corset-type-thing. Soooo pretty and I really want it!

Yes, this one is beautiful and gorgeous, too! It really does fit her! Though still my favourite is the white one.

I should like to join in the discussion.
The character of Eowyn is compelling to me, for a number of reasons, some of which others here have said before. She's a tragic heroine - parents killed by orcs; watches her uncle slip into senile weakness; watches Theodred die; Eomer banished, and she is alone...
...and then, Aragorn arrives.
She has a reason to live, now, for the hope of his love, because he can raise her out of this situation, and fulfill her own dreams, if you recall this passage:
ARAGORN: "What do you fear, Milady?"
EOWYN: "A cage - to stay behind bars until use and old age accept them, and all chance of valor fades beyond recall or desire."
Yes, Eowyn wished to die afterwards, when Aragorn had no choice but to reject her. She earns her place among the heroes of the Third Age, but still has lost hope of further joy...
...until Faramir arrives.
As a soldier, I know full well Eowyn's desire for renown - but it is less a desire for fame and renown, than it is the fear of failing the test. Eowyn does not fail. Would that we all have her good fortune.

Welcome to our Club, Halrohir! It's great to have you here, it seems you're really a great fan of Eowyn! And... thank you for reviving this club again!
