Who, Angela? I really liked her cynicism and her character itself. I will be very displeased if they get her wrong (judging from the comments here, I guess I should be displeased)

I just finished re-reading Eragon this morning... I'm more excited for the movie now than I have been before. I'd forgotten so much!

I glanced at it...lying on my cupboard...but the effort to pick it up and read it proved too much.
About Angela...I like her character, and I like Joss Stone as a singer, but I haven't seen her act so I guess I'll reserve judgement until I see her in action. I didn't really have a set image of Angela when reading the books anyway.

It was freaky in the book when Durza died. But it was one of the better-written parts, IMHO.

You know what someone said why they're making Arya blonde and not brunette. Well, ppl who have not read Eragon, but have seen LOTR, if they made Arya a brunette, ppl might think they were copying Arwen. I mean, if they never read the book, saw the movie, and have seen LOTR...yeah..just a thought. 8) hard to explain.

I guess, but she still should be a brunette. At least a lighter brunette or something

Yeah... I think thats why they didn't make Arya a brunette... ignorant people would get her confused with Arwen

Yeah really. Another thing, I've heard some ppl say that the author is 'copying' from star wars. I dont really see how though.
I hate it how ppl bash a author for their books and all. I suppose now if some person writes a kool fantasy series, they are automatically copying lotr, narnia, star wars, etc.

ALAGEASIA? What did you do, get a FIVE-YEAR-OLD to tell you how to spell the thing! I don't care what you do, make Arya strawberry blonde, ruin Angela, give Saphira FEATHERS, but spell the names RIGHT!
*is MAD*

Meldawen: O_O!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! What IS that!? I mean.....can you get any stupider x_x
Arwen: wow! thats a lot! I had noticed the ones of Elessari, Eragon, and Valinor before, but tnothing else.
Has anyone else noticed how the RA'zac are just like the Nazgul!? That way they speak (elongating the S), the fact that they were black cloaks that hide thier faces, no one knows what exactly they are, they eat people. xD
silly silly Cristopher Paolini

Well, actually the Nazgul really don't eat people, the fell beasts do though. But yeah, they are loads of similarities between Eragon and Lord of the Rings and Star Wars. I actually thought the movie Raz'ac was the Sand People from Star Wars. The way they were bandaged and everything.
