I had a dream that I ran through a wall into this room with people wearing tuxedoes.
I had just watched the polar express, so i was on the polar express 
and then we were eaten by a venus flytrap.
Sound like a good RP, anyone?

Lol... If I based an RPG after my dreams... It'd have to have lots of wierd-looking giraffes(sp) along with several LotR charries, REALLY tall buildings, scary tash-like creatures that bust through shelves in the ever-present library, me, of course, my sisters, best friends, and not to mention the occational wieghtlessness, along with the snowboarding Legolas.

snowboarding legolas?
well lets see...
a plain villager(me) goes off on an adventure. She finds a city hidden in a mountain behind a waterfall, and is put in a jail. When she is let go, she find that they are ruled by people like things in black robes that are killed with water. They are also afraid of horses, and my character has a special power with horses! So like, the boss evil guy goes after her one day for some reason and she flees to the stable. Like the next day the big white room thats like a giant bowl that the evil guys stay in is filled up with water, making the evil guys melt or something...
then boom! I wake up... thats the first in a series of dreams I had a long time ago...

I've got lots of crackpot ideas! You'd be suprised at how many! Though most do have one main character... Over half my RPG's come from my dreams!  I know! I have the most creative dreams! I have about 10 ideas that i think would make good RPG's. I just don't have the nerve to post them. Yeah, i think that dreams are an excellent source of RPG ideas _________________ <center>

Lol. You might get your RPG ideas from dreams, but mine wouldn't be very cool at all.
Most of them would have mostly the same plot, but with different antagonists. What we would do is basically run from something that we can't kill and is perpetually hunting us, and then catches us and kills us. Wouldn't that be a fun RPG? Lol....
Possible Antagonists include anacondas, grizzlies (really really big grizzlies), venomous snakes, cougars, big dinosaurs, and people that want to execute us through painful means.
I think I'd rather join an RPG one of you guys start, if you don't mind. _________________

 That might go a little to far into the 'angst' gengre, Aerandir. But yeah, once I dreamt I was eaten alive by a huge python-type snake... The only thing is that it had a hood like cobras do. Really wierd. I woke up after that... Anyway, off the subject of dreams, I ususally get ideas for RPGs from sudden surges of need for fantasy and creativity. Those don't come very often.

I get lots of ideas, but I'm generally pretty insecure about them and my stories tend to have specific characters and revolve around one or two main ones, which is never very good for an RP.

Yeah... Same here. Im getting better at that, but still... I read alot of fantasies that are kinda the little "chosen one" type stories, but there are more than one, so that helps.

Thats hilarious! For my sis, it would definately be a clown. She hates those things. Yes, they are things, not beings. For me... It would be some weird mytheological(sp) creature that isn't real.
