thats how it is with one of my friends, personally i like DMC better, but... some people just dont like DMC for some reason...*shrugs*

I like TCoTBP better than DMC. It wasn't as lighthearted. I already went into this.

Ok, My point may have been beaton, I guss there are alot of people who still like CotBP, and I hope it stays that way. (I've already said my likings, I like CotBP for Jack, but like DMC for will.) It kinda depends on my mood. If I want humor, I'd watch CotBP, but I'f I'm bein' more serious, it DMC. and If I just want a good sword fight I watch both!!

I've watched CotBP wayyyy too many times. I've gotten to a point were it's not even that interesting. But I still like it a lot.

I got the 3-disc edition of CotBP for Xmas, and I have watched it so many times, with subtitles in Spanish, French and other languages... I never seem to get tired of it though

Haha, EJP, I did the exact same thing with TTT, I was waiting so long for ROTK, that I watched it so much that I can hardly watch it all the way through, because it's not interesting. But I've yet to do that with POTC, thank god.

Yeah, I think I've done that to CotBP...but it's still anawesome movie...everytime I watch it I get a sudden urge to sword fight with some one!..I wonder why LOL. I don't think I could ever say that for LotR, It shall never bore me! besides, as a writer/reader of fan-fiction, I am ever looking for "plot-bunnies!" (simply little ideas that inspire me to write something...)

Right now I'm working on a crossover story, Aragorn and Legolas are on their way to the carribean! soon they shall meet our favorite pirates and davy as well! haha!

I don't get the privlage of watching a movie over and over again. My parents will get angry.
I liked both movies, to tell you the truth; both of them have great qualities too them. Though, as a musican, I must say, I absolutely love the DMC soundtrack! The organ piece is so incredible!!!

That's so strange. My parents are always telling me to go watch a movie or read a book, I was encouraged to self-entertain.

Which is great, cause I can watch POTC all the time.

Im sorry WD, I hope you get more time to yerself....My parents really don't mind, as long as I've finished my school, and practiced my trumpet. We usally go upstairs and watch it on our little tv up there (our parents usally stay downstairs, so it dosen't bother them that much) Infact, once I was up till midnight watching CotBP because I started it late, and wanted to finish it. after/during the credits I almost fell asleep in my chair!
