Right. Um....
What were the Gates of Gondolin (how many and what were they called)? Try to answer that without looking up the answer.

This is really mean because it is no Silmarillion quiestion. But fortunately I read the UF and BoLT. There were seven gates and the names I think were just the names of the material they were made of I think(gate of wood, gate of stone etc.). I think the materials were sth like this:wood, stone, marble, iron, bronze, silver, gold

ooh. Good point. They weren't mentioned in The Silmarillion. In that case, even though your answer was a little off, I'll give you the question.

Would you believe it? I know the answer to this one.
Thingol's sword was named Aranrúth.

Ooh, what fun!
Well, there's
*Neithan - The wronged
*Gorthol - Dread Helm
*Agarwaen - Something to do with blood...blood stain?
*Mormegil - The Black Sword
*Turambar - Master of Doom
And I do believe that he was called Wildman of the Woods for a while too. I think that's all. So that's seven, including Turin.
I was just reading that story like, half an hour ago, so it's all fresh in my mind!

I think that's all. Not bad. Or does somebody have any additional names?
Well you may ask the next question
