They wouldn't be that great of spies if they didn't speak English...
Was Gregor's arrest the result of him being a spy?

Oh yes, I forgot about the World War 2 part, that has got to have something to do with it... I just studied this!!! Ahh!!! I should remember more.
Are they spying for the same thing? Like.. do they have the same assignment?

Here's a question for you, Kit.
The two germans had to fill out a form about themselves on their "return," correct?

Then I think I know the answer. I was thinking about this because I went out of the country for an exchange program, and this really messed me up.
On the form that the two Germans filled out, it asked for the date, or something of the like. In America, you fill out date month/day/year. However, in most other places (though i'm not sure about Germany in particular) the date is filled out day/month/year. I'm assuming that one of them remembered this, and the other didn't. And since they said they were returning Americans, it was obvious that the one wasn't.

That is a really interesting idea. Although, if they are "tourists", that might not matter.
Did they have fake spy names?

Well, they must have, or otherwise wouldn't it be obvious they were German.

But, wouldn't more than one other country have the day/month/year thing?

Um, I think its only Canada and America. I coulkd be wrong though. I'm not entirely sure of the answer. We'll just have to wait for Kit.
